No, you do not have to register to place an order. You can purchase without creating an account.
Advantages if you choose to create an account:

Unfortunately, you cannot manually modify orders that have already been completed, but you can ask for support via chat or email for any replacements or cancellation requests.

We do our best to check with our logistics department whether the change is still feasible.
📦 If your package has not yet been processed We can update the address and will send you a confirmation email once the change is made.
🚚 If the package is already being processed at the warehouse At this point, the courier has already received the shipping details and it will no longer be possible to change the address directly.

Once the package has been collected, you will receive a tracking link , through which you can:
✔ Update the delivery data , if the courier allows it.
✔ Choose a different delivery day .
✔ Opt for collection at a collection point or depot .

📩 How to request cancellation
Fill out the contact form , specifying the order number you wish to cancel. As soon as we receive your request, we will check the status of your order with our logistics team.
If the package has not yet been processed The order can be cancelled without any problems. If you paid by Credit Card or TWINT , we will proceed with the refund.
If the package has already been taken over by the warehouse At this point, the courier has already received the shipping details and it will no longer be possible to cancel the order , even if the package has not yet been physically shipped. In this case, the shipment will proceed regularly.
📦 What if I can't cancel my order? No problem! You can still return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
